
Job Opening: Technical Support/QA (English+Finnish, part time)
About the job
Winter is now looking for a Technical Support (part time) starting in end of Jan/beginning of Feb 2026.
The work is around 4-8h/week depending on our customer's need.
You'll be in direct contact with our customer and their customers.
Responsibilities
- Find bugs, issues and new ideas from Featurebase
- Support Customer Service with technical questions
- Escalate urgent bugs to developers (replicate the issue, write a "how to replicate" text, optional test the fix at go live)
- Attend short weekly meetings with the customer
Requirements
- High knowledge of Finnish and English in written and oral form
- Possibility to work a few hours every week (remote or from our office in Mariehamn)
